    I am a pastry chef and creator of desserts that bring joy and delight. 

    I’ve been baking for over 15 years — from owning my own café in Ukraine, to working as a pastry chef in Ireland, and now building my own business.

    Over the years, I’ve created thousands of desserts — from simple homemade cookies to elegant 8 kg celebration cakes.
