A birthday, a wedding, a family gathering or a quiet moment shared with loved ones — these memories stay with us for years. I believe a cake becomes part of those memories.
One of the things I treasure most is that I can still remember every cake I have ever created. When I look back at a photograph, I don't just see a dessert. I remember the person it was made for, the occasion, the conversations we had, and the emotions on people's faces when they saw their cake for the very first time.
To me, a celebration never feels quite complete without a beautiful dessert. It is far more than something sweet to enjoy. A dessert is an experience. It is flavour, beauty, emotion and the feeling it leaves behind.
That is why balance is at the heart of everything I create. Just as balance is important in life, it is equally important in dessert. I love combining sweetness with the freshness of fruits and berries to create flavours that feel light, harmonious and memorable.
